New Construction Monitoring are Inspections performed throughout “key” stages of the construction process to assure that your home is being built to your specifications and  meet Florida Construction regulations and code.

Construction Monitoring ensures the buyers they are getting the quality they pay for.   Monitoring the construction process verifies the quality, craftsmanship and standards throughout each stage of the construction.  This process makes it easier to spot potential trouble spots catching problems in need of remediation throughout the construction of your home.  This gives the construction process a more thorough inspection which lead to lower costs to the buyer and builder - potentially saving thousands of dollars.

At Tepee Inspections, Inc. we will monitor the various stages of your new home construction with comprehensible written reports, easy to read checklists and photographic documentation.

  • Stage 1 or the Foundation Stage - includes excavation, slab preparation, waterproofing,  plumbing line locations, and other various parts of this stage be done to plan specifications.

  • Stage 2 or the Pre-Drywall Stage - is the part of the construction refers to the completed framing, room positions, completed framing, duct work, plumbing, electrical wiring, insulation, exterior walls, roof structure and shingles/tiles, switch and fixture locations and telephone/cable outlets.

  • Stage 3 or the Trimming Stage - includes finished drywall, paint, wall tile, all interior doors, floor tiles, cabinetry, vanities, included fixtures and appliances.

At the final stage of the construction process it is important to have an inspection done prior to your final walk through with the builder to evaluate the property in its entirety. Including the heating and cooling systems, electrical, gas, attic/crawl space, and all included appliances and fixtures.
